At the heart of the protected lake forests of the Novgorod region — far from industry, far from the noise of the city — Nedra is born. A natural mineral water shaped not by technology, but by the will of time and the earth itself.

For millions of years, it has filtered through ancient strata of quartz sand, naturally purified and infused with minerals in their ideal balance. Every layer, every shift of the soil leaves its trace — composing a taste no process could imitate.

In fine dining, water plays a far greater role than most realise. Our founders saw that no water on the market combined what truly mattered: the wellness benefits the body deserves, and the precise qualities haute cuisine demands — to complement, never overpower, the most refined dishes, while supporting health, energy and balance.

  • In 2024, Nedra was born — a one-of-a-kind mineral water and the first ever in the gastronomic category, with no direct competitors. A water that holds the goodness of its minerals, an ideal pH, and a sense of true refinement.
  • In autumn 2024, Nedra began its partnership with Great List and its leading venues, earning enthusiastic praise from the world's most respected chefs and culinary experts.
  • In late 2024, Nedra introduced its sparkling expression — preserving the same natural mineral composition and ideal pH, with a delicate, restrained effervescence and none of the sharp acidity typical of ordinary sparkling waters.
